泡盛(awamori)是冲绳传统蒸馏酒,每逢樱花盛开的季节,那霸多家历史悠久的酒厂都会推出限量版寒绯樱浸泡泡盛,为这款经典烈酒注入浓浓的季节气息。本次导览行程由那霸壶屋陶器街附近一家老字号泡盛酒厂举办,带您深入幕后,近距离了解黑曲霉发酵工艺,参观摆放着传统陶坛"甕"(kame)的熟成仓库。约两小时的品鉴环节共涵盖五款泡盛,其中包括一款当季寒绯樱风味限定酒,并搭配正宗琉球小食,如红烧三层肉(rafute)和花生豆腐(jimami tofu)。全程提供英语讲解,活动结束后还可购买当季限定酒带回家留作纪念。
