大分市烟火大会（Oita-shi Hanabi Taikai）是大分县夏季最具代表性的烟火盛典，主会场设于市区中心附近的大分川河畔。整场活动共燃放约8,000至10,000发烟花，节目涵盖配乐同步烟火秀及从河边桥梁倾泻而下的壮观"尼亚加拉瀑布"造型烟火。两岸观众人头攒动，来自周边港口步道的游客也纷纷驻足欣赏；身着浴衣的访客在节日摊位间穿行，享用串烧小食与冰镇啤酒，气氛热闹非凡。活动通常以震撼人心的压轴大汇演收尾，堪与九州规模最大的烟火盛会相媲美。
