Showa Kinen Park's iconic Ichonamiki ginkgo promenade—180 trees stretching in a perfectly aligned double row—turns a uniform luminous gold each November, creating one of the most photographed autumn corridors in the Tokyo metro area. The 165-hectare park also features Japanese garden maples, cosmos fields transitioning to late-autumn colours, and spacious cycling paths through the foliage. Weekend family events and open-air food stalls are scheduled throughout the koyo season. The park is a short walk from Nishi-Tachikawa Station on the JR Ōme Line.
